We’re not going to bore you with endless lectures. We’ll give you the information you need, no more no less, and help you apply what you learn straight away on your particular project.
*** This 8 weeks program is practice focused, it is meant for full-time entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and people who want to work on a marketing strategy and implementation for their project.

Defining your company’s vision, mission and values.
* Week 2: Setting Goals & Unique Value Proposition
How to set goals and accomplish them.
How to set yourself apart from the competition, defining your unique value proposition.
* Week 3: Audience: targeting & segmentation
Who are you talking to? Defining your target audience, your ideal client, and segmenting your audience.
* Week 4: Content Strategy & Brand Identity
How to craft your content to showcase your company and products/services value?
The importance of a consistent brand identity and personality (visual and tone).
* Week 5: Marketing Strategies
Overview & Roadmap Set-up: Build a strategic roadmap with the tactics and tools that will help you achieve your goals: website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, drip marketing, sales funnels, landing pages, user experience, blog, personal brand, PR… we’ll touch on everything to help you identify what you’ll focus on during the marketing clinic sessions.
* Week 6 to 8: Marketing clinic
Let’s practice what you’ve learned, expand and refine what you worked on, as well as benefit from the experience and feedback from the other participants.
The commitment is 4-6 hours a week including a 2 hours work session live each week conducted through Zoom starting on July 27th 2020 at 2pm EST, and an optional Open Office Hour on Thursdays at 3pm EST. Recording will be made available after each live session.
